Hello, my name is Jeff Cass.
I've enjoyed many things about the first chapter of my business career where I had the opportunity to develop my engineering, sales and leadership skills within several corporations in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial gases and welding supplies. For the last 20 years, I've led teams ranging in size from 5 to 1,000 people and run businesses with P&Ls over $500M annually.
My decision to retire early was about fulfilling a lifelong goal of leaving the "corporate life" early to spend more time doing things with my wife that we didn't have time for during the first chapter of my career.
However, leaving early didn't mean leaving the workforce entirely. In this current chapter, I coach experienced executives, consult with businesses that can take advantage of my 30+ years experience and also run a podcast that focuses on leaders of companies in the very interesting US middle market.
Most coaches are experts in behavioral science. I am a practical leader who is now focused on helping my clients see & address the inevitable blind spots that occur during the increasing demands of a growing career.
My only goal is to help my clients reach their next career breakthrough or big goals faster than they might on their own.

I work with developing leaders who are focused on accelerating their growth. We use a 360 review to identify critical blind spots and set actionable goals. Leveraging decades of executive insight, I assist my clients in achieving their next leadership breakthrough faster.

I work closely with business owners and senior leaders who would like to tap into the experience of a former senior leader to enhance their strategic decisions, team building, and business performance.

Tapping into my experience leading major businesses, I offer the strategic & operational guidance needed to pressure test your plans. My real-world knowledge and actionable insight ensures you move forward with confidence and speed.
