Hello, my name is Jeff Cass. I was fortunate to retire early in 2023 from a rewarding 30-plus-year business career, mostly in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial gases and supplies. During the first 10 years of my career, I applied my analytical and technical skills, which I developed as a mechanical engineer, in several plant and sales engineering roles. Over the last 20+ years, I have had the opportunity to develop my leadership skills while leading many successful teams ranging in size from 5 to 1,000 people within 3 different corporations.
My decision to retire early was about fulfilling a lifelong goal of leaving the "corporate life" early to spend more time doing things with my wife that we didn't have time for while I was working. However, leaving early didn't mean leaving the workforce entirely. I started a consulting & coaching business in 2023 with one goal in mind....to use what I've learned over the last 35 years to help other business leaders reach their goals faster than they might on their own.
I hear every day that finding and developing a talented team is the number one issue for business leaders. A recent MetrixGlobal study found that the ROI for executive coaching is 529%!! Make a good investment in you and your team by using an experienced executive for that coaching.

I work with developing leaders who are focused on improving their leadership skills. Each engagement starts with a 360 review, which is one of the best tools to provide genuine, unbiased feedback. The simple goal is to confirm strengths and to find, accept, and act on the most pressing needs.

I work closely with business owners and senior leaders who would like to tap into the experience of a former senior leader to enhance their strategic decisions, team building, and business performance.

I help business leaders from many industries who want expertise, a new perspective or need to pressure test their ideas before implementing. I'm primarily focused on team building, strategic planning & change management.
